お約半世紀にわたり全国各地のホテル・レストランへの納入実績のある、業務用専門商社のシンポフーズさんのメルマガのデザインをさせていただきました。 旬の食材、風土の味わい、世界の食の流行や調理現場の課題を解決するご提案を、その時々のコンセプトに寄せてデザインしております。

Shinpoh Foods Co., Ltd. is specialized trading company to the hotels and the restaurants all over the country for business use about for half a century. Design office Ukon is in charge of the art direction and the designs of the newsletter. We design proposals that reflect each moment’s concept—drawing from seasonal ingredients, regional flavors, global culinary trends, and the challenges faced in professional kitchens.
